Purchased Onyx Guard skins in store, never got them

This past weekend, the Gears 5 in-game store had Onyx Guard character skins available for purchase in the ‘weekly’ tab. I spent iron on both the male and the female skins, but the skins never downloaded into my character selection menu. I just checked again two days later, and still no skins.

Who do I contact to complain about that?

They’re variations of the COG Gear skin, which means you need to click on him and change the skin there. If ya don’t have him unlocked, then you gotta do the grind or fork over more money. Yeah, great system they have there.
