Pretty much the title says it all purchased the esports kait skin feb 4th an have not recieved it since an now its almost tuesday an it shows 9.99 still as if i havent bought it yet the transaction was completed already an its in my order history on xbox.com… An before someone says put in a ticket nobody responds to them for a month

Yea idk what that means either all i know is i havent wanted to play since this has happened an i am a avid supporter an always buying skins an this happened for the first time
