It unlocked for me after I turned my Xbox on, signed in, booted up Gears 5, and connected to the servers in the main menu. Thank you for the assist Ghost!

I have completed and kept a log and dated every week I’ve played a rank match , all 16 weeks , please fix the issue , gamer tag sukisusu .
I booted up Gears today to see if it pops for me as well. Unfortunately I had no luck. It’s still locked 
I have won in all 16 weeks 1 or more Rang matches of KoH per Week but i have not receive the achievement.
Please fix the issued.

Did a ranked win (TDM/KOTH) every week on that broken multiplayer and it didn’t unlocked for me yesterday after my last win. Posted my GT on TC Octus tweet for investigation yesterday, tried to log in after a complete reboot of my console today and still no achievement. I really hope I’m not ■■■■■■ as I see more and more people getting it today by logging in. Especially when I had to push for 4 weeks more playing that broken multiplayer.

Nothing here. What now 
Update, TC is rolling out a potential fix, but recommends playing one more match. I am unsure if that should mean win.
People are already unlocking it, but I did win a match, so I don’t know.

Yup, an hour ago ish, it still didn’t unlock the achievement though, so unsure what to do now. Hopefully it’ll get fixed, I’d rather not do it for yet another season

Hopefully it pops soon then. If you haven’t already rebooting your machine and loading the game can sometimes fix these issues. It worked for my Seriously achievement.
Yeah, tried that too. Unfortunately.
It seems I’m not the only one when I check the Twitter posts. So hopefully they can fix it for the rest of us.

Unlocked for me this morning when logging in 9:15am UK. A friend of mine missed 2 weeks and his is showing 89%

Did you finally got it ? TC Octus said on Twitter later on that it should be fixed and if you still don’t have it, just play an other match. What I did and got the achievement after rebooting the game, But what he didn’t precise is that you need to WIN an other match, not just playing it.

Just booted the game up. No achievement.
Just played four ranked matches, won one of them. No achievement.
Quit the game, restarted console, booted the game back up. Achievement popped!!
