Hey buddy. I’m a father of 2 and running my own business. I’m also 41. I had the tour done with in the first week. It’s super easy and if you got boost it’s even easier. Also my 7 year old son just finished his tour last week, with no boost and only playing maybe two times a week. Anyone can do it.

I know precisely what hypocrisy means thank you very much.
You came on here with a request asking for the operation to be extended so that you could reach General rank.
Other people asked why you didn’t do it sooner. Some were even supportive and reassured you that it’s doable (suggesting that you grind some medals etc). I questioned if it means so much then why couldn’t you make time? I think it’s a fair comment.
You then make comments that we should get “real jobs”.
You then criticise the community for being “awful” despite you being the one who throws barbed comments around.

Because you judged me based on the fact that I did not have time to start this 2 weeks ago because of real world events (aka jobs and deadlines that require 10 or more hours per day) and made snarky comments about my request. And for the record I have asked for this progression style to be abandoned since operation 2, because again, I did not have time for this.
But you know what, I apologize for calling you an awful community, even if the responses where mean. And that is sincere.
However, I am not a fan of this timed progression system and either extended it or keep my rank for the next.
Lets all breathe Some have it different from others and we all can be hypocrites. I play Guardian only because i don’t get much time to play. Downfall to that is I don’t get very far in these ops. Maybe some helpful hints on how to get to it or maybe asking for help in reaching ones goal might be in order? Yelling at each other gets everyone no where fast.

I hit General WEEKS ago.
You still have plenty of time. You can do it, I promise.
Please post what Medals you have NOT won yet, and I’m sure you’ll get advice on how to knock them out quickly, or offers to help on the co-op ones.

Dailies can be done in 2 hours give or take on what dailies you get.

If you get unlucky with your PvE/PvP dailies. Mine usually take around 30-45min unless Hives/Waves/Arcade-matches show up.

If you don’t have escape medals done do those. You can cheese I think 8 of them extremely easily.

True, but normally 2 hours would be enough if someone is getting unlucky with the versus daily (ex. grenades/explosive weapons).

I don’t play escape, I don’t like it, nor ranked. Maxed out horde, weapons, decorated soldier and the Halloween event one. Basic, war hero and ranked are coming in vary slow. Besides those, which are about 50 stars, the only once that are left are the daily.
Well escape is your best bet of finishing. So you can either grind them out doing surge runs and a few beginner runs, or find another way. Can probably get about 30 stars for a few hours of play time.
Edit: Just counted them. 31 easy stars.

Takes like 20 min to get all the stars on daily’s.
Just grind next time. Play PvE on beginner & social v bots. Fastest way to get daily’s done.
Get the boost too.

We all have full time jobs, it takes about a week with boost to get general >.> sit down for 3-6 hours this weekend and just get it done without crying man.

Get real dude. You say you were working for a living , telling us to get real jobs… insinuating you’re a real stand up, blue collar guy, working hard for your money. No one should get what they don’t deserve, right? Seems to me a good, blue collar guy wouldn’t ask for something to be delayed and would say, “ya snooze, ya lose”
