They wont release the same skin again anytime soon nor will cater/factor into account people’s circumstances. Skins are given as a nice gesture and not compulsory to get
Unless there has been a mass claiming error, the skin may not come back for a very long while unfortunately.
If you do not receive the skin, will you perish?
