Id need to see actual proof. All this guy does is claim a bunch of cheaters and hackers but never has any proof.
What would you consider to be acceptable proof? Perhaps proof of purchase like a receipt or a stamped invoice?
A video of these people cheating. If it happens so often to this dude he shouldnt have any trouble going out getting a clip of one.

I remember there was a lawsuit between Nintendo and the company who sold the Game Genie back in the 1990s (Carmerica and Galoob). Nintendo took the to court on copyright claims.
If I remember correctly Camerica and Galoob successfully defended themselves on the grounds that using a Game Genie did not result in “derivative work” using Nintendo’s copyrighted material, and instead enhanced the gaming experience. Some of the examples used in the lawsuit was akin to like reading a book - if a reader wanted to continue reading a book from chapter 10 because they’ve already read the chapters prior to this, then they can. Player equally should be able to start the game on level 10 instead of from the beginning, and the Game Genie allows them to do this.
Obviously the two cases are quite different and the Game Genie functioned in a totally different way compared to what Elite Boss Tech created, but it’s an interesting contrast/comparison.

It’s funnier when you realize it’s just 1 push of a button on Xbox. So to see how often this kid cries about cheaters when you can literally clip stuff in the console itself is in reality salt posting lmao.

I’m surprised there hasn’t been a crackdown on that. Wonder how many active mods there are right now besides Ghost. Saw Ace close a topic a couple weeks back. Said it was their first post in months, but that doesn’t necessarily reflect presence.

Ace drops in now and then. Right now it’s mostly just our dearly beloved ghoulish fiend from down under.
I just wonder why it is even an option. Why can someone who didnt make a post completely edit the title of it. Why is that a feature, its just asking for some trolling to happen.

I don’t think it’s down to TC but just the software used for these forums. Pretty sure Ghost has voiced his discontentment with it a few times.
