Loads the game to the initial menu where it asks you to press start. Then just loads indefinitely. Was playing last night fine then today this.

SOLVED: STEAM OVERLAY had to be turned off.
I have the same issue, and it’s completely random, today I have not been able to get to the main menu, stuck on same screen, please help Devs
