Whenever I try and search for a public quick match for any playlist It says creating lobby and then sends me back to the main menu. I’ve reset my client already and still happens

Please help so I can get back to completely letting my team down
someone has to pick up the longshot and miss all 8 shots!

I’m a blind bat. Was just playing the game fine so It was unexpected.
