Paid Character Skins not in customization

I paid for an onyx guard and a recent released bolted locust skin and I don’t have them in my customization. What to do? I paid my money for these skins and I don’t have them

Please tell me you already unlocked their base characters (Locust Drone and CGO Gear).

Unfortunately you have to unlock the base characters first… So in this case you have to unlock the Cog gear

If you have the base characters unlocked (COG Gear and Locust Drone), restart your game.
