I am master on 2v2 but I have not received my master skins, I only received diamond, onyx, gold, silver, bronze. Why?

I had a similar experience I was supposed to receive my diamond skins from 2v2 from op 2 and only got my bronze, silver, gold, onyx skins I made a support ticket with screenshots of my rank and they told me April 2nd

I’m gonna send in another ticket tomorrow and see if they can help if not I give up honestly I know I’ll hit diamond again but I kinda lost faith in stuff like this, I still never received some content I redeemed on my Microsoft account from rockstars partnership with gears in game and am still not able to get gears 5 working on pc when gears 4 works just fine, kinda disheartening cause I enjoy this game a lot and the fact it doesn’t work properly on pc so I can play and to do all that grinding to get slapped in the face like that idk.
