These changes might give the game back what it was REALLY lacking despite content and that was FUN! 
Finally all loadout weapons are strong and viable like they should be!
Gears 3 had the most OP weapons and yet it was also the most FUN game in the series imo and that is something i can still enjoy although it is not a perfect solution.
Oh and KUDOS for taking out the damn flash grenade at least for now!
I just came back after 3 months of Gears inactivity due to this, seems finally like a step in the right direction!
