Maybe lower the entry fee a tad on gold, It doubles from Silver to Gold but then just goes up incrementally to Masters.

My impression of the beta tuning thus far is that it feels fair and more interesting.

Fair in the sense that I feel more in control of my shots(in a way) as well as fair in the sense that skill is more impactful in the [usually] slightly longer Gnasher fights.

What makes the tuning more interesting to me is that there’s more options during fights because of the stronger emphasis on playing distance correctly. Similar to how it was in Gears 4 comp. Also, the Lancer feels good like this.

Slide speed… Perfect.

Lancer damage perfect.

Magnetism or whatever… Perfect.

Gnasher poke\gib COULD use a slight reduction but it’s much much better overall.

Points need to be awarded for winning rounds and being MVP even if you’re on the losing team. When you clearly out rank the enemy team, but lose due to poorly skilled teammates or stacked teams with better communication it is unfair. So, at least some points should be awarded to prevent a huge lose in GP.

You also shouldn’t lose points due to teammates leaving during the match and vice versa, the enemy team shouldn’t gain GP for beating a team which only has 4 or 3 players.

Well, the only problem is the sliding of the character since it is very slow because only to try to cover you and they kill just by looking at you and shooting and what is of the gnasher is perfect for the modification

Seems like with every fix, a new one appears.

Players WILL find an imbalance in the game and exploit it. FACT.

Keep patching it, until the whole game is nerfed.

Gears of Marshmallows.

I love the update, it feels good to expand the difficulty and there is no limit to improve the skill, but the only annoying thing is that other players have an advantage with single stick on.

Please keep these changes! I’m seeing A LOT of “speed the game up” PLEASE don’t. With the new shotgun it would be MUCH harder to land shots with a higher speed. I love the changes I love the new movement. It makes bouncing smoother and not as difficult and it makes it easier to hit the hyper bouncers… Still hard to hit just not as bad… I believe with the changes that YOU. Have decided on works perfectly thank you

This is my first time posting on this forum. I felt the need to chime in as this game has been a rollercoaster of emotions past few years.

Love these changes. The longer gnasher fights and slower movement are a joy honestly. The inconsistencies of the gnasher magnetism was incredibly frustrating. Gib range still feels kinda weird, not sure need to play more. But overall definitely a step in the right direction… Please listen to your fans more. Stop trying to cater to other audiences. Gears is about close quarter combat with the gnasher not running around rifling people down. Well done TC make this go live please

This is the best Gears 5 has ever been. These need to be applied to the whole game ASAP. Please don’t listen to the players asking for 650 slide speed back with less than 2 days experience even playing the new settings.

Lancer doesn’t need to do more damage.

Bullet mag should NOT be getting kills FOR YOU like it was before.

How do I give feedback that only the developers can see instead of everyone who gets into this page? If I give my feedback on twitter, is it ever going to be received?

They stated that whilst feedback from external sites can be seen, that those sources are very busy and hard to monitor. They prefer you to put your thoughts on here hence why this is their official thread.

1 loss.

Got back to diamond. But Stuck. Can win 4 games but get deranked for 1 loss. Kinda dumb.

At high levels people just don’t gnasher & crossing is more about control than kills.

Maybe can get 50 points of elims in a diamond match , even 60. But that loss is just a body slam.

I don’t have a dedicated stack. Usually just play with a friend. So I’m bound to lose.

Maybe double the caps & breaks to 2 points? Or make it up to 20 caps & breaks giving more incentive?

Quit while you’re ahead. It’s impossible once you get to diamond. Pointless

You guys just want to appear as if you care about feedback from the community. The majority is telling you that your idea of a ranked system is crap. Since the LAST game. So you guys keep responding with more crap.

Ive played about 20 plus matches.
The movmenet or lack there of . Is just too slow.
Everyone that was complaining about the slide speed being too fast because of the UP A’s and wrap arounds were thinking this would fix the issue.

IT DID NOTHING WHAT SO EVER.
The game just feels that much slower now.
Obviously the speed wasnt and never was the issue but everyone bit into it like it was the ISSUE.
The issue are covers not actually being covers.

How bout we add movement to 660 and keep everything else the same in the playlist.

This playlist show JUST how much of the INPUT LAG is a serious problem and imo is the ROOT CAUSE for all the bs.

People thinking because of the slide speed being too much (lol. Right gears 4 was 690) is the reason why they cant react to wrap around, UP A 's.
Its the input lag. You know the slide is coming . You press your input to try and avoid yet, the game cant handle what you pressed fast enough.
Also. This just widens the gap difference of pc players vs consoles.

I would like to see all the mechanics added to the game EXCEPT for the SLOWER SLIDE SPEED.
Keep it at 650. Or LETS GO HIGHER and see what happens.
