Sounds better than Russia or some other place where it will be freezing cold now. Or close to it, anyway.

Especially when you live in Australia where 30+ C is common. Unless I’m mistaken and you have sub zero temps all year.

Well I can relate to both. I was born in Russia(Ukraine to be specific when it was still considered Russia) I love cold and snow.
Now in Australia it’s too hot most of the time. Summers get over 40+ a lot of times.
I prefer the cold to be honest.

Meanwhile it’s 8C with a high of 13 in the afternoon. Things to go lower whenever winter starts setting in, most likely.

I actually seem to prefer and somewhat handle heat better than cold, but I’m definitely not used to those types of highs being effectively permanent. If it’s cold, at least give me snow. But even that hasn’t been around lately.

I went on a mountain walk at 46.6C once.

Do not recommend.

How severe was the sunburn and how long did it last?

It was bad, I felt like my brain melted.

That reminds me of a day I was brought along to some car show with my father when younger and spent most of the day in the sun. Woke up during the night with a severe headache that felt like my brain was swollen and pushing against the inside of the head. Threw up and the pain was gone again.

Not exactly pleasant either.

I can’t sleep at night if it’s too hot. In summer always sleep in the birthday suit.

Man I sleep in the birthday suit 100% of the time.

That’s with half my body hanging out from the sheets and ceiling fan cranked up.

And I’m still burning to death then lol

Cold is more annoying. Especially when even though you’re covered in bedsheets the cold air keeps finding its way to your feet which is super annoying.

That’s how I like sleeping lol. That way if the spot I’m laying in bed gets warm, part of me is still cool

Put socks on buddy.

That’s what I used to do, then I ended up with some nasty stuff on my feet. Not repeating that.

Go figure. You don’t want that on yourself, do you?

So… is vegemite mushroom pulp? Sure seems to look that way, mixed in with some forest soil and old leaves.

How does anyone even come up with such a name for what barely resembles anything edible?

It’s been around for ages and it’s very edible mate. Sure it doesn’t look very appealing or appetising. It is strong so a thin spread on toast with butter is the best way to have it. It was developed in 1922.
