It’s 6:30 am in Vancouver. They’re probably waking up, having coffee, ect. They will get to the office in a few hours.

They’re “Sorry” & “Listening to Feedback”… all while fleecing consumers of Iron monetizations (which doesn’t have any issues of course.)
Same here. Will that wasted iron be refunded for the three extra rolls i used. This game goes from bad to worse. I should of earnt an extra 15 + stars today with the 3+1 daily and 3 re-rolls. Sorry to sound negative but your wasting my time with this half baked game.
Adding to the list of frustrated players. Xbox One S, Blue stars appear on menu before I did them. Completed all, and didn’t get the blue stars. I didn’t notice at first, and have rolled further for more objectives from iron that I’ve paid cash for.
I’d love to get a response regarding this from a TC official at this point. Of all the things that should be working properly in this game, I’m not really surprised that the microtransactions are the only one. Greedy ■■■■■.

Still not working…I’m sorry but do TC ever get anything right out of the gate. It is getting somewhat tedious.
@GhostofDelta2 Most of us understand that you’re unable to physically fix this issue, and all you can do is relay the info to TC, but others are directly blaming you for… reasons?
Yea, I wouldn’t even worry about the ppl freakin out about other issues or the ones givin you flak, like you’re the one to blame.
Don’t worry bro, most of us know you’re goin above and beyond here to get the message across to TC. Also, most of us appreciate it. It seems like there’s always a handful of ppl who need to pass blame, and since you’re the one who spoke up that you were lettin TC know, those ppl, for some crazy unknown reason, feel the need to throw blame your way. I kno I don’t have to tell ya, but just ignore that stuff. We appreciate you takin the time to try to help and spread the word.

I’m on Xbox and can confirm 34 days of boost left. I got no double stars. I see the blue stars on the list but once I finished all three objectives it didn’t count the double amount.
But demoted me from Diamond to bronze means even if they fix it, I have to regrind for months lol. Shocking, but thanks for the info
I have 32 days of boost left an I am now owed 15 stars that should have been doubled but were not ive got pictures of everything also taged tcoctus an thecoalition on twitter

Believe me… whenever there’s an issue with an “always online” game, employees can be where they’re needed regardless of what time it is… question is, do they view this as necessary to fix ASAP or not.
I know the hours are holding them back from having the whole team working on the problem, but there’s always a group of employees who are on call for these kinds of issues. It just depends on how TC view this issue, and if they feel it’s worthy of their time, goin in earlier or even using remote access to try to fix the problem sooner. We know when there’s a bad loot box (UIR loot boxes from gears 4 showed up for 200 credits when they were first introduced) or incorrectly priced item, they’ll be on top of it regardless of the time… unfortunately not all things are viewed as the priority like those issues… and sadly, I think this will be the same and we’ll most likely lose a day.
I bet we’ll hear that this event got extended by half a day or whatever for the problem, but no one will be reimbursed for lost iron or already turned in objectives. I do hope they can retroactively add lost stars, but honestly, I doubt it, even if we have proof of not receiving the stars.
Oh well… just another bug to add to the list of gears 5 problems.

Yep another thing that doesn’t work nice one coalition… Great game you really know how to please your ever receading fan base it just sums the game up at the moment . I think they should give us a double star week for this. Or at least delivery driver Mac FOC you know we all want him .
Yeah I guess you’re right. And the part about the store is true. Not only TC, but pretty much every studio/publisher is always on top of their game when it comes to their stores. Everything else takes a backseat
