so i may have figured how to get them to appear because i had the same issues i went to look at the lancer skins just to see what i had and it showed i had the halo reach skin for it so i equipped it when i backed out out of nowhere kat and emile had showed up possibly a glitch but i suggest adding the halo reach skins to some of the weapons see if the character appear for you because i can confirm that they appeared for me if this works like it did for me spread it around!!

Hey guys restart your Xbox either hold the power button down or unplug it I did this and re loaded the game and they both appeared hopefully this works

I got them to appear by restarting the game it might take a couple of tries, but I got it to appear on all of my brothers accounts.

I got all the pre order and Ultimate characters. I even got my GOW 4 Gilded rewards.

Same for me,also wouldn,t let me join multiplayer because it said i had to wait for a “member of my squad” to quit the game 1st? even though i didn’t have a squad or was a member of one? Also 13 day boost and no Halo reach characters,.Managed to get into horde but got disconnected after 5 rounds?

I have xbox game pass ultimate and it does not even show that I have the ultimate edition of the game jus the standard edition, I am also missing my 30 day boost and the halo reach characters wich is a huge bummer cause im a big hali fan and was gping to play Emil Hope they fix this ASAP

I preordered Xbox digital ultimate and received the boost and the Halo Characters as expected. However I play splitscreen with my girlfriend on the same Xbox and she does not have the boost or the Halo characters, but the Terminator characters has appeared for her as well as the Road to Gears 5 rewards. Is this expected, will she not recveive the Halo characters due to not having purchased the game? I seem to remember her getting the same bonuses as I got in GoW 4.

I think this is intenional (same happens to my wife’s account).

Terminator skins appear for anyone playing until middle of this month so makes sense for her to have those.

Unsure about the road to Gears 5 rewards if that it meant for both accounts but if it works, fantastic!

Thanks for your answer, that’s unfortunate about not getting the extra characters though. Just to be clear on the Road to Gears 5, the stuff she got there was for the challenges she had cleared on her own account in GoW 4.

This needs to be fixed pronto… Really the only reason i decided to give gears another shot was because of the Reach content.

I didn’t get them yesterday but woke up to them this morning. They are rolling them out, be patient.
