No Co-Op / Invite For Gears 1 - Ultimate Edition - Windows 10?

Hi.
I’m on Windows 10 and my friend is on Xbox and we’re trying to invite each other to do Gears 1 campaign. But the invites never appear and we can’t join each others lobbies/games via profile.

Any ideas?

theres no cross play for Gears 1/UE
