Nice, and yeah, it sucks. I was peacefully grinding the ToD and now this. TC needs to get their sh.t together when releasing the TUs or making other sorts of changes to the game.
Custom games appear to work at least for Escape. Just did one.
True I think they are doing a full system reboot to have everyone update the game to the latest version. They are definitely aware of the error. They are definitely working on it as we speak.

It doesnāt work for me. As soon as I click horde or Escape, I get the error. And as soon as I click a versus mode, same thing happens. But the store works fine though, ready to take my money.

Welp, seems to be working now. For me at least. Restart your game yāall and give it a shot.
EDIT: just got into a FFA match on one of the new maps. Should work now.
Or just in general. Look how broken custom lobbies are. At any rate I agree, for a franchise this big and this far in itās a pathetic display. Guess Iāll stick to grinding stuff in customs until they decide to fix the servers.

Can confirm itās working now. Maybe itās cynical to gripe about a brief intermission but this really shouldnāt happen in the first place and itās certainly not the first time.

Quite the opposite for meā¦ well, I canāt enter the matchmaking queues. But I am able to look for and play Custom matches. The Store isnāt working for me, though.

Huh. Ok. I noticed the āThe Detourā hive was shortly available just now and I played two matches on it. TC were VERY quick to remove it, however. Instead of letting us play itā¦ like, ok, it may not have been intended but why do we have to wait further when the hive has already been revealed? Guess Iāll just keep doing Ice Queen for now thenā¦ even though I pretty much know that hive in and out already, having completed 22 matches on it.
Look on the bright side everyone - itās approaching Christmas and you can play the GOW5 Error Drinking Game! Letās crack open a few cans, get the whisky out, put some garlic bread on, get disconnected, drink and be merry!

I am looking forward to play the Gearsmas Horde event, so sick of playing Horde and people pull out prior to completion. Most people can stick around for 20 waves, I kinda wish 20 wave Horde was permanent!

So who do we message to get our free stars for the missed dailies? I tried to pound out my 6 or 7 stars of easy dailies before going to work,ā¦ now itās well past the reset time for dailies, and Iāll just miss out getting 3 free ones for the dayā¦ starting to hate every game I own honestly
