Just started Gears 5 and was prompted for a 200MB update. Does anyone know what it’s for?

I can’t find any posts on it, nothing on twitter. My game updated too
Whatever it was it’s not mentioned on Twitter and it didn’t fix Campaign completion.
No effect on GFX crashes
I guess posting changelogs are too much work for TC

I just stared getting crashes today, out of the blue. Made no changes to my system either.
It’s crazy how this same crap from gears 4 made its way into 5 and is still going on.

Just turned Gears 5 on, took update, and wham… Crashes my brand new PC. iBUYPOWER Element Gaming Desktop | Core i9-9900K - 16GB RAM - RTX 2080 Ti - 2TB HD + 480GB SSD
My update was actually around 350MB. It’s probably a hotfix of some kind, but the game has been unplayable since launch with constant stuttering no matter what I do.
Cant play horde without getting kicked. So annoyed
I started getting constant crashing at Act 2, Chapter 4. After not being able to play for 2 days, I finally disabled VSYNC and capped my video at 60fps in the Video settings of the game and it hasn’t crashed or stuttered since. Not sure which particular setting fixed it, but it’s worth a shot!
4 me they added Batista I was actually complaining that I didn’t have him so that’s it 4 me Batista now available since this update

Game is running smooth and awesome as before.

After update gears doesn’t launch for me, I don’t know if any of you have the same issue?

1st off I used to get kicked ALL the time until I updated my graphic card drivers… Now it never happens…

I just got the update and for me it fixed the bug where I was stuck at 70% downloading the "Ultra textures " in the Video settings…
About to play so dont know if I’ll have new bugs.
Also I had problems starting after install but I’m not sure if it was still updating/installing. But after I right clicked and ran as "Administrator " it worked fine… Not sure if that’s just a coincidence.
Please just get SLI working next! Please!!!
