UPDATE: Looks like no one has a solution to this yet. I know that others have experienced this and I contacted TC about it and hopefully they follow up but this is all I got from them. I also contacted Microsoft and they had nothing either.
Hello, sorry this is my second time posting about this but it’s really starting to bother me.
I have already unlocked the reup 10 and 1 mil points achievements but for some reason I CANNOT get the coop hardcore story mode achievement.
By CANNOT I mean it’s not possible…
I had beat the story on insane coop with a friend when the game launched but for some reason it still showed for chapter 5 Act IV that I had only beat it on normal. So the last few days I’ve replayed the level on hardcore co-op online and local and it didn’t change no matter how many times I’ve beaten it. I even tried to play through on solo to see if the solo completion would change but it didn’t, it’s still says I’ve only beaten it on normal.
It really bothers me how you can be so loyal to the franchise since the beginning and something g like this can prevent you from completing challenges in the game.
I’m having the same problem as well. I practically tried everything you did, I even tried doing the missions on local offline but it still didn’t register as it being completed on hardcore.
That’s the Swarmak Mission if I remember right. I understand you’ve complete again on Hardcore but I’d recommend completing it on Insane Co-Op. It might sound ridiculous but that will complete your “Insane” progress and may pop the achievement.
It’s worth a shot.
I’d go for the “Deadly Resourceful” achievement while doing this as well, if you don’t already have it. (Pop each individual blister with a different weapon).
I think it’s completely glitched.
I was playing it Wednesday night with my wife cause she needed it.
Basically we were on the chapter when you go down with the horde section and she was on 18 chapters of 26.
We done a couple more chapters to where you beat the boss which would have took her to 20.then both achievements popped.
Tried to word it without spoilers.
But war journal said she’d done 20 chapters.
I just think it boll’'ks. Like I said in another thread.
Everytime TC do a challenge or event they always screw us over.
I know but you never know if any new players come on here.
I was playing insane horde Saturday night and in 3 separate lobbies I had 3 white levels less than 30. God i had to laugh as one was only lvl 4 lol
True but too bad so sad. Reyna dies, Marcus gets kidnapped and Oscar lives. Also Gary dies.
Boom spoilers. But I don’t feel bad, it’s been a year. If a player cared about spoilers, they could’ve at least watched the game on YouTube if they haven’t gotten it by now.
