It isn’t just marketing, it’s fear of backlash for not playing along.
These companies are doing this because if they don’t, they don’t get their precious CSR points.
Yes, that is a point of contension for the left, but the fact of the matter is that the pressure for the insincerity is being produced WHOLELY by the left.

I have opinions on the effects of political trends concerning them on the demographics of society.
Very different space to handle this issue from. I’m not even partisan. lol.
This could be as simple as someone in the studio is gay or one of their kids are, and they simply wanted to show support. Its there game they can do what they want with it. Don’t like it, stop playing.
