Scions shooting Pumpkins out of their Boomshot isn’t exactly impossible though.
All they did was copy last year’s Horde even from Halloween and they also used the same pumpkin heads without letting players get rid of them. After saying they screwed up with Horde events for the first year of Gears 5.
Not really impressed to say the least. I just hope Op 5 does better than that… for them, and for the players.
At least they did something for horde.
To be fair the last several years have been pretty underwhelming for holiday events, still at least we get them, glass half full and all that.
Only had a couple of games but i thought they were frantic and good fun. The 20 wave format put me off though. Much prefer 12 waves for a quick game.
Can’t comment on the vs gametpes as i didn’t play them. Appreciated the boost though
