Missing pink phantom skins

I’m missing the pink phantom embar and torque bow skins, watched the whole stream today, receive all the available skins except these two…any help with this plz ??

Missing the same 2 here as well even though I claimed them.

Also watched the stream yesterday, missing the pink phantom embar. I received all the rest except the embar it couldn’t register
