How can i get the Mechanic Dizzy character and the invisible phantom skin for the gnasher and Lancer??
I thought mech Dizzy was craftable but I guess not. Expect him to be made craftable before long.
As for the skins, if you’re referring to the Phantom skins, they were made available to claim at least twice for people watching esports streams. They may never come back but if you want them, keep an eye on esports streams and community news.
