Ignore below figured it out!! I need to do it all on Hive as that’s the first one I did! Find this out and you will get progress…has to be the first hive you did otherwise it won’t count towards the cheevo

I tried getting this achievement The Surge and my achievement is glitched as well. Everybody was alive at extraction on all difficulties. I did stock Beginner thru Inconceivable solo and then found some nice people for Master. My tracker is still saying 12% 
Even though we used the easiest map I really did want this achievement.

I also completed The Surge on all difficulties as well but got nothing. Apparently, it only works on the very first map you escaped on. I was able to identify which mine was so I need to complete The Hive on Master to unlock that achievement. I have all other difficulties completed on it.
Just need to find people willing to play it on Master.
I did see that solution, but at the moment I’m not skilled enough, don’t have the friends, and don’t have the motivation to complete other hives at high levels. I would rather have TC make the achievement work correctly.

You are correct, it must b the 1st hive u completed. The latest map however is best for doing it without anyone using a gun. Good luck👍

This achievement is also not unlocking for me. I finished my 3rd hive on Master yesterday and the achievement still didn’t pop. I even beat the Wanderer twice yesterday and still nothing.
It shows on the medal progression though, the ‘complete any hive 5 times on Master’ medal did unlock without a problem.
Wait, is this true?
@TC_Octus shouldn’t this be looked into? The achievement is clearly still buggy, a month after release.

What u need to do is go into the maps u have played and look at each difficulty and there will be 1 that wont have a tick beside master, most likely be the HIVE. Seems most ppl played this 1st.

In a first moment, I didn’t even remember which map I had completed for the first time.
All I know is that I completed The Surge on every difficulty and the tracker didn’t move.
Then I found out that the first map I had played was The Hive after all.
I was able to raise the tracker up to 75%, but still need to complete it on Inconceivable and Master.
I wish the achievement worked as it should though, since The Surge is a lot easier.
If developers can’t make such a simple achievement work as it’s supposed to, why create them in the first place?
Are you talking about the A Good Plan, Violently Executed achievement? It says I’m at 94% but it’s not popping no matter how many Rejects I execute.
Yes exactly, Achievement tracking is buggy as hell in this game. I took me something between 300 to 500 execution to unlock this achievement
Where exactly does one look at each difficulty? The only thing I see is when I setup a custom game, tick marks appear next to the modifies I can select.
I actually did “The Surge” on Master difficulty for the “Brought a knife to a gunfight” achievement. Was wondering the same thing as OP until I saw the requirement was “Beat an escape hive on every difficulty”. So I went and did the surge hive on every difficulty (including beginner) and still haven’t received the achievement.

Ok. That doesn’t in anyway indicate what difficulty you’ve beaten the map on. The tick mark there only shows what modifiers you’ve unlocked and can use in a custom game.
