Sure the in game context isnā€™t all that weird but to the player it leaves much to be desired. This is his Niece after all. Youā€™d think heā€™d at least have something to say about it to reassure the player how he feels about it. I just think theres a gap in between we could have explored a little more. If not have him yell out her name during combat like he has with his brothers before him. Something better then nothing.

I had no problem with it. Its war people die, I would have if the amount of time that passed wasnt months. Who knows if its mentioned in the new book yet as it was just released

But itā€™s still Carmines Niece. Itā€™s not just a person. Id have liked to see his reaction or thoughts on his family member being killed. Especially with JD present since it was his fault in the first place.

I would have like to see his reaction as well but Im not hung up on it and dont have a problem because like I said its months after, its a war and the swarm are launching a major attack. I would have a problem if it was only weeks. I assume at some point after JD got out of the coma they did talk about it
