L3 will not work on my game, no ducking in cover no spotting enemies

I’ve emailed about it, I’ve posted about it, I’ve even used 2 different brand new controllers I’ve deleted the game and reinstalled twice the issue still persists, I’m also missing 2 items I’ve purchased no reply nothing,

Have you tried classic Alt and just remap the buttons to default? Or any other controller configuration?

That’s not the issue, I’ve done that, still doesnt work

Seems to be a wide spread issue for people even if it works. No one marks.
