There comes a point when you get places with 3 players who act like it’s their first time playing. Diamond rank and higher should know what they are doing. Capture the ring/ break the ring.

Sometimes you achieve everything there is so you just play for absolute enjoyment…
I’d say players expect a lot out of higher ranked players because of the rank but half the time They just wanna kill & enjoy the game.
Not that We don’t try , but I can see why some players just mess around…
That’s why they need other game modes like guardian or allow squads in tdm because they’re not as heavy objective paced &’some people don’t care for objectives too…
I know I don’t care … but if we’re getting pounded I kinda have no choice to care…

The game currently rewards going after kills more than caps.
If TC increases the GP cap for ring captures, more people would be playing the objective

Oddly enough, when you remove any point incentive from the objective, people tend to ignore it (point caps).
I can hear the naysayers now “but people ignored the hill before point caps!” To which I’d reply “yes, but they didn’t help things…”.

I know it’s frustrating to hell that. Hope TC look at that in future because you’ve got some players running around the maps looking like rabbits in headlights not going for the hill

This is the reason why I quit playing KOTH once OP5 started.
Embarrassing how these players reached Diamond without knowing the fundamentals of KOTH. They always play KOTH like TDM.
If you have a mic, you need to scream and yell at them to actually tell them what to do… they are like toddlers, you need to constantly keep reminding them what to do and what not to do.
Selfish players, always concerned about their K/D ratio rather than teamwork.
KOTH is supposed to be played in stacks, with randoms it becomes a pain in the a$$.

I know it’s frustrating as hell when I don’t have the time to maintain online friendships. I just reached masters as a solo player…now I’m done with it lol. Way too difficult alone.

I once captured a ring in KOTH and when was then trapped in that ring. I swore that would never happen again lol

I actually have had some on mic complain that I was “Ruining the game for everyone” by capturing the Hill 
I consider the idea of having a “king” of the hill to be antiquated and patriarchal, which is why I spend all my time camping the sniper and hiding behind walls for kills whenever somebody runs by every 3-4 minutes.
