I’m rocking a Cynosa Chroma. Gears Tactics seems to be controlling the lighting on my keyboard and i do not know how to disable it. My keyboard isn’t lighting up like it normally does. Please help/advice. Thank you.
I had the same problem.
All you need to do is open the Razer Synapse software and go over to the “connect tab”, should be at the top.
Then just click the slider saying “Chroma Apps”

I have the same issue but gears is not listed in the Chroma app list but if I try to open the studio it says gears is still in control even thought the program is completely shut down
