Confirmed kill card…does that mean recharge just 10 seconds, or recharge 10 sec for every kill. i.e…3 kills with artillery recharges by 30 seconds?
Good question. Sometimes it appears to be with each Kill. While now after the Oct 1st update it does not seem to be consistent. So at this point, ill go with a maybe.
So people die a couple of times to obtain multiple GL’s playing as JD, or simply just buy them from the fabricator?

You can do either honestly. If you have a ammo locker up of course. Just take note that if you are carrying a GL and buy more ammo from the Fab. you dont get alot. Better to drop the GL if no locker and buy a new one that way. You will get full ammo and grenades this way.

No, I wouldn’t waste energy on buying ammo for GL. Rather save that for a person Locker and perks. Once locker is up, then dying a couple of time to gain more GLs seems more cost efficient
However, Does my rewards gets effective by dying a couple of time? Ex. lower my chance of dropping higher tier skill card??

Thanks for creating this thread as I didn’t realise that Launcher Capacity increased the amount of missile ammo a Custom Lancer GL could hold as well.
Razor Hail, Launcher Capacity, Officer’s Prerogative & Custom Lancer GL are must have cards for my JD build but I’m still undecided on the fifth.
Currently Lancer GL Mastery, Custom Boomshot & Concussive Strike are competing for that final slot but as yet none of them feel as compelling a choice as the other cards I have been using (I have the same issue with my Kait build, four cards that I wouldn’t change but can’t settle on what the fifth one should be).

For your question about dying. I haven’t seen this effect the RNG drops on cards. So this shouldn’t be an issue.

Currently I am running Officer’s prerogative, Custom Lancer, Launcher Capacity and Razor Hail. For the 5th card slot, I can’t really decide. I was running Custom Boomshot, but not a single Boomshot drop in my last 2 complete horde runs (advance level).
Should I switch and try out Launcher Mastery (does it actually increase active reload duration or damage for GL grenade launcher? ), because I will be running 4 GL’s with a shotgun/markza as my secondary, mainly for rejects and leeches
If you don’t see a boomshot scion you can purchase one from the fabricator as JD. If you got the money for a lvl 4 weapons locker full of GLs you can afford a boomshot.

You can try it if you like. But it does not increase the GL damage part of the Grenade launcher. Well not yet any way. But again this guide is not a " use these cards only’ kinda thing, but a more a good foundation to help. So feel free to experiment 
But for the Leeches and Rejects a reg lancer can help a lot if a Marcus player is willing to give you one. You can chainsaw Leeches so it helps, and its a fast animation.
if you have a team that works together and have microphones, you should be running launch capacity and your ultimate cards(razorhail, your yellow card, spotter card, and the officers card) and get your ultimate cooldown perk to 10. find myself not needing 4 GL’s but keeping a locker with two boomshots and 2 GL’s and interchanging each wave is simple. also, buy frags. plant them between rounds as well. just rain terror. MVP every round. not even a del with 10 freaking turrets can touch you during most rounds. the spotters card is great with a team with mics but if you dont, you can switch it out for something else. i use the boomshot damage or the concussive strike.
You only need a lv 3 locker, no need for lv 4 if you have capacity. Just completed master, 1.3m damage done in wave 50, 14.1m total.
I use a dropshot as my second weapon. Barely use it, only when something is stuck in an annoying building or behind a wall where your grenades won’t properly connect.
You only have 5 good cards so it’s not hard to pick.
Capacity, custom lancer, concussive, the green card which gives your ultimate extra rounds and razor hail.
No need for the legendary card. No need for spotter because you’ll only use your ultimate at bosses and against guardians. Use ult at wave 15,20,25,30 etc.
After your perks are level 7 you can also use it at 17,23,27,33,37 etc…
Why take concussive? The stun guarantees you’ll hit your grenades. Don’t bother aiming, just spam.
3 slots are sufficient, so ask your friendly Del to give you a grade 2 locker when the forge is grade 2, this is sufficient in early waves to keep the damage up. And have him upgrade it to 3 after the forge is 4.
For dying, just buy a frag. Plant 2 of them on the floor, drop the frags. Grab a flashbang and plant it in between them. Get resurrected, pick up the frags on the floor and do the same thing again.
Not a bad run down, but personally I just want to know the most efficient way of using ‘confirmed kill’.
That’s the legendary card right? Use spotter and ask your teammates to spot things. Have your Jack zap multiple targets(counts as spotting) then use your ult.
I wouldn’t recommend using it because it’s too much effort and your GL does huge damage already so I just save my ult for bosses like I broke down in the post above.
If you can get it to work you’ll have it up every wave because it reduces the cooldown for each enemy you kill with it
How many Frags is JD able to carry? And he would have to get Flashbang by Kait dropping hers or meatshielding an Elite Grenadier.
he can carry up to 7 grenades.
Flashbangs drop all over the place. He can carry 7 frags

As for him not being able to take criticism, if you were going to provide JUST constructive criticism, then he may have taken it differently. You know, instead of telling his guide is NOT needed. 
On the other hand, the guide was certainly very useful for myself and thank you.
Kait and fahz need their own locker too.
