Having issues on a second play through collecting Jacks components in Act 3. Specifically, a fuse box at the abandoned hanger near the beginning and the first water station side mission fuse box are already opened. Confirmed this is an issue after latest patch. Did not have issues earlier in the campaign despite having collected many of the components in a previous play through with a friend (on his save file). Of note, I have not finished either play through due to bugs, including this one.
