Like how I quit out of games —> because the game has been unplayable in Europe for lots of players since launch due to their European servers not working properly, or at all.

One would question the wisdom in joining lobbies whilst having full knowledge of broken servers.
Plus, you can test ping in the menu, or via joining public custom or social games

OP since you’re a good sport, I’ll let you in on a little secret. TC hardly ever responds in these forums and I doubt they even read it. You’ll have a better chance on Twitter or even their subReddit. But tbh, by the time they even respond to you, and that is IF they do, it’ll be past the deadline you gave them. GL.
