Is it 1 second to kill some one or 10. There us nothing definiting this. One match i can hit some one with it and its instantly killing them other matches it doesnt do anything. And yes ive tested this with the person taking previous damage and with active reload. Extremely inconsistent.

Tbh never hard aim it. Idk what tc did to make it inconsistent like that.
Still whoever idea was it to make the scorcher have after effect like a flame grenade needs to be fired.
