Is there a problem with ranks?

So, whenever i win a match or so, 3 to 4 outta 10 games even when i win, i get no points in rank… i get a big ZERO and i dont know why.

before someone said maybe cause you AFK or disconnected well i dont… i always play even when my team is full of bot (newbies) or someone decide to AFK.
