TC are yet to announce a release date for the June title update. It could be today or could be Thursday. Just keep an eye out on https://www.twitter.com/GearsofWar for updates.

Game updates very rarely occur on the Monday, the first day back from a weekend off, unless there is a massive issue in the game that cannot wait.
Seen as that is not the case, I would recommend checking Twitter on Gears of War, and also consider following TC Octus, The Coalition Studio, and Dana Sissons to get some occasional hints and updates that may not be seen on the official Gears twitter.
I would say tomorrow at the earliest, and Friday at the latest. I would edge more to Tuesday, because that is the typical day for updates to drop for many developers including TC.
