A disconnect is a disconnect.
Whether your ip just crapped out beyond your control or you personally ripped the cable out the back of your router the server has no way to distinguish between the two.
If disconnecting didn’t result in penalty all you’d have to do is pull the plug on your router and you could leave games penalty free.

If their staff were capable I’m sure it would have been solved a long time ago.
They just seem pretty limited in their abilities, which is why some things are amazing, others are glaringly broken.

Hopefully they csn notice a difference in gears 5 probally not though all they care is money.
