I know that this is a weird question but does anybody know if the full game is on the disc of 4 and 5 or is it impossible? I know that you can go offline and install the launch version of killer instinct and other games if it is actually fully on the disk. But because both are considered backwards compatible on series x you would need a one
Games are too big. There would also be a massive update before it would install for both 4 & 5.

Nobody should ever have to experience the Gears 5 launch again.

Like Slipping said. Can’t fit the entire game on disc. Welcome to the future where you don’t own anything you buy, even when you purchase physical copies.
