@TC_Shauny@TC_Sera Is Gears of War 4 considered a legacy game? I’ve tried getting responses in other threads, streams and Twitter. Being ignored is worse than being told the bug will not be fixed.
If Gears of War 4 is a legacy game, please move it to the legacy game list. There’s no reason to give users the impression that it is still supported by leaving it as a separate option on the support page. Being a legacy game, the issue I have been trying to get help with for months can finally be put to rest and I’ll move on.
If Gears of War 4 is not a legacy game, then why is a legacy support response automatically sent when a support ticket is submitted (see below for example)? Any responses I’ve sent to the email with the ticket number also automatically respond with a the same legacy support email. This makes me think that your support system is incorrectly setup to automatically close tickets for Gears 4, so anyone having legit issues never gets help because it never gets to support.
Can someone please look into this or settle my grievance once and for all? It is incredibly frustrating when you tell us to use the support system but that same support system is not what you claim it is.
I have submitted several tickets (46208, 46278, 50017, 52718) regarding an issue with the I’m Drumpf achievement progression being bugged, but nothing has happened since I first reported this issue back in September 2020. I have responded to several of the tickets but the only response I get is the automated legacy email. I know that support is limited for Gears 4 and UE, but how long will it take for someone to confirm that the code is either incorrectly checking for 200,000 credits and not 100,000 or that the credits being earned are not counting properly? If they are all closed, then how? Or why? This is still an issue as of today (have 49,079 credits, progress is 42%).
Here’s the email I get whether submitting a Gears of War 4 support ticket or responding to the Gears of War 4 request received email. I have to reiterate: something is not right.
You can check this topic. It has more than 300 posts asking TC when they can fix achievements for Gears 4 and Gears UE. (I’m interested on a fix for Gears UE, so I can’t give you any info about Gears 4)

I can’t update the list in that post, so I created tickets and my own forum post about the issue as requested, but have been ignored. A forum mod was willing to update the list if the Drizz was good with it, but he was not:

When you say the achievement is glitched, do you mean the progress isn’t going up at all? Or the progress just doesn’t match what you’ve earned? If it’s just not matching up, then keep playing until it unlocks. At the rate you’re going, you’ll only need about 117,000 credits. Obviously needing an extra 17,000 sucks, but it could certainly be worse.
It’s going up, but slowly. It seems to be progressing as if I need 200,000 credits, not 100,000. That or every time I get 30-40 credits per match, or 150 credits from a booster card, it’s only counting part of that amount. According to TA, I have only collected 41,957 credits. I’ve got 49k on hand and spent around 33k in the past.
Dang, that sucks! Unfortunately, I don’t think they’ll do anything about it. It took them a very long time to make the event weapon skin achievements earnable again, and that was a widely known issue.
As far as I can tell the bonus credits you get from leveling up don’t seem to count. Only credits related to ribbons etc. at the end of a horde wave or versus match counts.
