i’m charlene, been playing the Gears games since i was a teenager in high school (graduated in 08 so i’ve been around a while 
). really enjoyed Gears 4 and currently enjoying Gears 5 a lot right now with my crew. i’m transgender and i use she/her pronouns. i really like talking about these games so i figured i’d just make an account here and join in on the chats! if anyone wants to play sometime hit me up! i own every Gears game (even UE and Judgment) and i’m down to play any of them. campaign, versus, horde, escape, legacy modes from older games, i love it all.

I’m Grub from UK. My GT reflects my liking for the Gears Games. However there are big hints in there too. These being it’s a Carmine based GT. And we know how well Carmines do in Gears right? And to make sure you get it, hey, 101 for very basic. I do like Horde. Used to like KOTH but I just hate most K/D games because of my POV about them. They reward boredom. And for me eSports have sucked the life and fun out of Gears. So although I’ll sure take cover from a Brumak, I’ll spend my time having a good LOL at Versus players putting themselves through what they do. I really think physicists should look at harnessing the kinetic energy generated by Vs players as they run in a big Conga circle trying to shoot one another in the back, when hiding behind a piece of wood is too exciting for them. Any world energy crisis will be no more.

Hello there my name is Lee and I signed up to the War shortly after E-day 06.
I was introduced to Gears of War around a friends house, who I still play G.o.W with to this day. I feel in love with the moment and the close quarter combat of the game and didn’t look back.
I bought a copy of the game and played it on my house mates account until G.o.W 2 came out and I bought my first Xbox 360. I didnt own a games console since the PS1 mini and played Grand Tourismo and tony Hawks.
I racked up months of playing on G.o.W. 2 & 3 to the point I would turn on the Xbox Friday evening and next thing I knew it was Saturday late morning.
Played Judgement campaign but then went back to G.o.W. 3 & I missed Gears UE but thinking of buying it again to play the campaign and keep my collection complete. I have also seen recent You tube Video’s of people playing UE online and I love the center screen aim and the sound and feel of the Gnasher from G.o.W. 1 and 2.
I pretty much just play gears of war and had a Gears of War 360 and I have the Gears of War 2Tb Xbox one S bundle package that came out with 4.
Gears is the only game I play, I have jumped into others but lose interest quickly and come straight back.
I am just turned 37, I run a electrical contract company, I play Drums in two bands one a festival party Ska band that play at festivals around the uk and bars and clubs around the south of the UK, I also mountain bike.
My main loves in life Bikes, Drums and Gears - and of course Natalie but she knows all the others were here first and is happy to make time for me to play as Gears of War is my few hours of escape.
I am one of “Those” players that will always push and never back down from a fight, I prefer preforming good skilled shots especially with the Gnasher, if the opposite team is getting there thrashed I will sit back and bounce around on a set of steps - At the end of the day I want to have fun and a laugh while playing this franchise.
