I really love this sorta stuff. I think this type of stuff for future titles could boost community morale a bit, donāt you think?

This is the best Gears trailer of all time.
So much emotion conveyed through so few wordsā¦I love it
Gears trilogy trailers are a thing of beautyā¦destroyed beauty obviously, but beautiful none the less 
ā¦specifically Gears 3 ones.

Dom accepting his fate in that one scene really tugged on my heart strings. I didnt know they were teasing his death like that.
Plus I really like the song that plays over it, but when I think of Mad world, I think of gears. Every time.
I can just imagine the GOW 6 trailer being just Marcus burying JD/Del dead body in the ground while he talks about everything heās lost. Just thatā¦Anya, JD/Del, Domā¦everyone he has lost. A sombre trailer to just pay homage to the pastā¦no bombastic music, no crazy montages,ā¦ just him alone with his thoughts.
If GOW 6 will be last mainline Gears, then I hope they reveal it with this to set the mood straight again. They nailed it with GOW 4ās one, so I know they can do it. 
the marketing was top notch, i remember i was hyped to get my hands on new unreal tournament 3 for exclusive gears of war 2 footage. everything about this game was perfect, i remember we had 6 hours blood drive session every night, it was blast and best moment of my gaming life happened during that time.
if you by any chance see someone with rank 5 in your lobby , you must be god or something because no one reached that level before title update 3 if i remember correctly. people literally loose their shā¦ if they see someone with rank 5 hahaha.

Theyāll never recapture that, but theyād stand a better chance of success for Gears 6ās marketing if they focused on Marcus & old Delta Squad once again as opposed to Kait. That wonāt happen of course.
I enjoyed some of the Gears 5ās trailers due to the Queen. The only problem there was they didnāt get her appearance right since they seemingly have pisspoor perception of it. Itās not difficult.

Can we accept that the original trilogy had incredible marketing and fantastic trailers. Gears 2 especially.
The Mad World trailer is one of the most iconic trailers in gaming in general.
The Last day trailer, Rendezvous with Death, amongst others for Gears 2.
Ashes to Ashes for Gears 3.

Yeah, showed off way too much. The trailer shouldāve just focused on New Hope, and do something more with those Warden shots. Probably also mix a bit of Kaitās hallucinations in there as well.
Gears 4 had a better trailer. The sound of silence trailer gave me goosebumps. And it reminded me heavily of mad world. Basically both Fenixs are running away from the enemy.
