I did not receive the reward: 100 "Iron Pieces" of the rank "Corporal 4"

Hello. I am rank “Sergeant 4 or 5”, I received the 100 iron pieces of the rank “sergeant” but not that of Corporal 4 ". I am sure of it because I was at 270 pieces of iron at the end of 'operation 4.

Question: Did anyone else have the same problem, and how did you fix it?

Suggestion: a section “History of rewards” should be added, because after a while you cannot follow everything.
