I couldn’t claim the Corp Gnasher

I was in the Dev Stream, silently watching the entire time but the minutes weren’t going up for me so I couldn’t claim the Corp Gnasher? Did anybody else have this problem?

The minutes did seem to lag behind for me as well but was able to claim it after 30 (did a retweet to make sure as well) so now I have two.
