I can´t hide the subtitles in cutscene

I play the game from Mexico. When i play the title, the subtitles always appers even if they are disable in the settings of the game.

I have the same problem. I tried to contact with Xbox and Coalition. A worker from support tell me a webside to report problems and bugs. I sent this bug. You can send this problem too: https://support.gearsofwar.com/hc/es-419/requests/new
