Everyone needs to remember that if you purchase or unlock a skin for a character that you do not have, that skin will be waiting when you do unlock the character.
You can bank skins and do the totem later.
I’m gonna buy the skin and never use it because unlocking the Dee bee or even buying the Dee bee isn’t worth it one bit

I tend to agree, even at a business standpoint, it’s moronic, simply because they’re probably losing sales from those who are interested in the skin but have yet to unlock the character that the skin is assigned to.
So no only are they effing those without the know (their fault let’s be fair, there’s a disclaimer before purchasing the skin), but they’re also effing themselves.

Yeah people should be able to try on difference skins like different outfits at will. There should also be some sort of fashion show in the game where players just walk up and down the aisle and pose and take photos since apparently showing off skins is all most people care about anymore. God forbid people should actually have to play the game they bought.
I believe the first time (or one of the early ones, at least) this popped up was when people bought the Rev-9 and couldn’t play without having the t-800… but then TC gave them the t-800…
I guess they are less generous now 
The Terminator pack had no disclaimer in game. It was quite confusing.

That was, according to TC, a bug that you needed pack 1 to unlock pack 2.
