I simply stated that the population is too low in the game and they might have cut it because of that!!!

The game is not even in the TOP 50 MOST PLAYED GAMES on Xbox live anymore.

A bit off topic but I’m no gridiron fan myself, idk many ppl that are. Ppl only play it cause it’s the closest to execution they offered.

Game is can’t make top 50 on Xbox most played and is #498 on steam and can’t even crack 500 players at a time on the biggest pc store.
Along with game pass.
Along with being a showpiece for the new worlds most powerful console.
But
Execution being cut… Isn’t about population…

Maybe

They are reworking the game mode…
That has been in the franchise since…

I agree %100. I just hopped on for the first time for Operation 5 and I was so excited seeing the old and new characters and maps and then boom… “Where the **** is Gridiron?”

For the first time I am actually upset. I have put up with all the changes since launch and gave them the benefit of the doubt, but what the hell is this?
In Operation 4 my favorite game modes were Gridiron and 2v2 Gnashers because I personally don’t like the more hectic game modes that much.
They are alright and I will still play them, but why completely remove both now?

I’ve always came back to Gears but I’m gonna give it a break until they bring back some type of single elimination mode. It’s too much to deal with along side the 4v4 and movement nerf, I’ve never been this upset about Gears, but I am with this man when he says we were insulted.

Lol I just realized that Girdion isn’t even in the quick play anymore.
That means 2 more Medal sets are not finishable…did they ever give a reason for that removal ?

The game is/has dropped in popularity.
I stated the ranking on the most played lists t for a reason.

I doubt that. When it came out it was slash then stab enemy is dead . Now it’s slash and your dead. One meelee hit from the enemy your down and stomped dead.

they are wanting to give us the illusion of a population.

my friends and i still play titanfall 1 every once in a while and we get excited when we see 20 people playing our favorite game mode. Yes, twenty!

Ehhh done with this game, till they decide to make it gears of war again, if you disagree that execution and Warzone made this game what it is you’re most likely a newer player and will most likely will not be sticking with this title almost 15 years like all the original execution players have that are all throwing in the towel now as well.

If you do, I hope y’all play tdm and king of the hill for 15 years just to have them take it out the game and stick you with a new game type, that to you, ain’t the gears you grew up playing :woman_shrugging:t2:
