How All Ranked Matches Start (Laggy)

I got pretty frustrated by the start-lag that happens for me in literally all ranked matches so i decided to take a video and show people http://xboxdvr.com/gamer/sancris777/video/53009917

It usually gets a bit better as i play but never really stops lagging like that and I have a really good PC and good internet :rofl:

Rank matches start laggy very laggy! on xbox too. Everyone Teleporting. Game needs to be constant not all over the place with their connection
