So this is basically an alternate universe in Gears 4, where instead of Reyna it was Anya who was abducted to be the New Queen.
And Kait was just a random orphaned girl in an Outsider camp that was unable to function without the COG and in the boarding school in New Ephyra where JD and Del became friends she would then become part of the group. Growing up together they then went back to Kait’s camp after the Settlement 2 Incident.
As the story progressed they would find out more about Kait’s past as she would still be wearing the Outsider necklace from the end of Gears 4. Then trying to save Anya like Reyna they find her tied up and Marcus has to cut her loose.
Just Rambling it was a fun thought.
