As Baird, I kicked the ■■■■■ of some monsters that resulted the explosions of their head! 
Anyone else notice how the Boomshot, Torque Bo, and Dropshot feel weaker in 5?
I don’t know why they feel weaker. I always thought they were suppose to be one shot kill weapons because
Their ammo is scarce
Their spawn location tends to be in the center
It’s usually a gun fight to get to it
Splash damage for the boom definitely feels less

I noticed they all just feel weaker. Especially the Dropshot and Torque Bo.
Boomshot has less splash damage too.
Yes I just checked reddit and there are videos showing less splash damage from the Boomshot and Dropshot.
The DS and TB use to be my favorite weapons in previous games.

Unfortunately, you have to be in a game with Baird to get the 1-shot kills with those weapons at times. Headshots are the best of course. The bleeding barriers help make you feel like you are actually doing something. A damage perk/card for Keegan or increased damage overall for the weapons would help. I am of course speaking of Horde. The weapons do change between modes I think. If I land a epic headshot with a Torque Bow it should be rewarded an instant kill. I was landing shots blind firing last night. If I remember correctly, the old school games gave larger hit boxes/headshots for those shots. No scope etc…I’m really starting to come around to the ability to buy any weapon. I should not have to wait until a Hunter comes after wave 30 with the gun I want.

Agreed, no one should be waiting till halfway through the horde to acquire arguably one of/the most iconic weapons in the franchise.
They need to add torque bow to somebody’s loadout or let someone buy it from the box.
Yes like Gears of War 3. Headshots with the TB are soooo satisfying, with the cha-ching sound.
The fact that I can only buy a Boomshot from the Fabricator, let’s just say, I’ll be taking a break from 5 until they “fix” some things. Because that is extremely annoying.
And no, I won’t go around asking a teammate to buy weapons for me. Who thought that was a good idea?

Yeah. I’ll be taking a break from Gears of War 5 Horde.
I played some World War Z yesterday, which has a 4 player co-op mode and a Horde Mode. It was pretty fun.
Gonna try Uncharted 4 Horde Mode today.

Is it me, or did they nerf Kait’s health in Horde? Seems like she has less health then before.

Is there anyway to add a bonus card or two when completing horde? Maybe if you do 25 waves in a row you get an extra card. Reward the players who stay the whole game with 2 extra cards.
This is all based on Master game play
Is there any plans on buffing power weapons in horde? Currently the BoomShot, Dropshot, Embar and Retro feel very weak. You will be lucky to have enough ammo to kill anything when they get the health+regen modifier on.
On the same subject, any plans to buff the 2 handed power weapons? Salvos,buzzkills, and mulchers are severely weak compared to a tri-shot. They need some massive buffs to catch up.
Characters that have some kind of bleed seem to be the only ones really viable for master game play. I suggest adding a type of bleed for all characters. The bleed is very satisfying to watch and PVE is all about having fun with friends anyway.
Add some new fortifications.
No, I’m not referring to characters using ultimates like the Silverback. The Silverback is NOT a new fortification. It’s been in horde since gears 3 where it was it’s OWN fortifications. Bring the turret back as a fortification, NOT an ultimate.
New fortifications like AA sentries. Walls that can be placed for cover. Sentries that freeze. Sentries that cause bleeding.
Sometimes there’s point in the game, if you have a good Jack/Team, where we can reach 200k+ money. Why not allow us to buy an AI to the team for like 75k. Then allow us to spend money to upgrade the AI in stages. Cog Gear > Cog Medic > NCOG Marine > Onyx Gaurd. Each stage giving them more health, damage, new weapons and smarter AI.
I have more ideas but i’ll stop here for now.

Seeing as TC are actually paying attention to this thread, here’s a suggestion - revert the PVE mode XP back to what it was, and leave the increase to Versus XP as it is.
I promise you it will placate fans. Not make them happy instantly but they may forgive over time.

Hi @Bleeding_Pepper they don’t care… the point of the matter its that we have the dollars that they looking forward to give to them and in this case we won’t.
the individuals with the dollars are the ones who decide not them. even though they think we will support the game as it is right now, they don’t have a chance. nobody will give them dimes nor pesos or euros for that matter.
I wish this were true, but i’ve seen about 5 Locust cyclops today already…
Some people have money and don’t care hence they’ll keep doing what they’re doing

Yes I’m kind of getting annoyed not getting my match results An error has accurred while retrieving the match results (0x00000c46.This has been happening since Saturday 8th February til today Thursday 13th February,I’m being polite please can you TC look into this please
