20 Re-ups level 100
Mastered all 4 ESCAPE maps
Mastered all 7 HORDE maps
I have been General
I get all characters lvl 16 min

You’re not listing Insane Campaign. Perhaps check if every chapter of the Campaign is showing as completed on Insane first? If so, then it is bugged. If not, well, you know what to do first. And if it still won’t unlock after that… it’s still bugged.

Have you checked your Stats if you beaten every Escape and Horde Launch Map? If you joined in progress for an Escape Run, it doesn’t track as Master completed.

Also, the characters in Horde and I’m pretty sure Escape, go up to 18. Not sure if that was a typo, but it could be the problem.
Yes I checked my Stats and all my maps are mastered
I will try to raise all characters to level 18
Redo horde and escape, it’s one of those.
Only level 15 is needed. Like Daxter said: it’s probably a horde map…

Maybe I have to reach re up 20 lvl100?
No need to get reup 20 lvl 100, my achv unlocked after i hit reup 20 lvl 1. Pretty sure its a horde map as u get 3% per map. Good luck
