How do you know TC is ā ā ā backwards on this. The cod symbols you reference are exactly the same minus color. Orange reps server issues so why canāt TC have that white and packet lost transparent its there game there program. Iāll take TC Sera word on it since Sera went out of the way to look up symbols for us because we asked.

3 videos and still not a single response. We also have a top thread on the network work being outsourced. Itās clearly an issue the community feel strongly about, if not for Gears 5, but for making sure Gears 6 launches well. Any response would be great.
Has TC even updated the community or made a statement on if there going to do anything about the netcode yet ?
Prediction: there will be nothing substantial made for this game or any other game with poor netcode, and the reason is called NIH. This is a phenomenon where developers are clutching pearls and keeping code secret, and refusing to take advice from those knowing better. The solution would be for developers to open source netcode and share tech to improve consumer experience, but why would anyone do that with executive bonuses and shareholder value in mind?

This is literally the biggest issue gears pvp has currently.
Thatās my issue with TC, after a year of MOST of the community that complain about the netcode ( me included) WHY havenāt TC even addressed the issue with a "this is how the netcode does/doesnāt work correctly just like they did when talking about shooting mechanics or the recent aim assist changes breakdown which both were MASSIVE breakdowns and imo the netcode needs exactly the same amount if not MORE attention because a good working netcode will in turn restore equilibrium to all the other changes already made and future updates in line with each other.
