Why am I losing ranks for winning. It’s happening in all game modes. I just got MVP. I recieved 3,804 points but lost 2 ranks?

Yeah lik WTF ? I turned off D2 in KOTH last night and turned on D1 next day, like i lost one rank during the night ? Haha. And WTF people get MASTER in modes ?!! LIKE i know people which basically are gold or onyx, getting master in TDM. I asked them they told me they reached one rank per game, like ABSOLUTLY glitched…
